Returns and Refunds

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, that is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days (unless otherwise stated) after receipt.

In this case the following conditions must be met:

  1. The order still contains all associated parts and components and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.

  2. Normal use of the product is recognisable, damage due to improper use is excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

  4. The product turned out to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  6. The return will be processed within 7 working days and – if the conditions are met – officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to start the return process.

  • Send an email to: support@soravie.nl
    Please ensure the email contains the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product in case of breakage

    • Customer's first name + last name

    • Customer's address

We'll contact you and provide you with the return address. We never ship returns to sender , but we will send you the correct address if you request it. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.


Cancellation of orders

Please note: Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After these 30 minutes, your order is already in our automated processing and cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can only return your order after you have received it.


CANCELLATION

A consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following provision if he or she is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes which are primarily outside his or her trade, business or profession:

A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

Because we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon dispatch. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, meaning no refunds can be issued after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Soravie) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., an email). The withdrawal takes effect upon receipt of the goods. The buyer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.


Registration of shipments in transit

Because our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which we have no control over. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. You can, of course, inform us of your cancellation request in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (including the supplementary costs for a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel and have received the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

All returns will be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
